ROOM SERVICE — TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking ROOM SERVICE or any follow-up package, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below.

SCOPE OF SERVICE
ROOM SERVICE is a virtual, design-by-the-room offering that includes creative direction, look-and-feel imagery, space planning, elevations, a sourcing list, and a style guide. This package does not include purchasing, installation, contractor coordination, construction documents, or in-person services. Anything outside the core deliverables is considered additional support and is billed separately through follow-up packages.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
To deliver the ROOM SERVICE package within the stated timeline, the client agrees to provide complete intake information and accurate room scans/measurements; submit inspiration images, before photos, and required dimensions; review deliverables within the requested timeframe so the project can move efficiently; and ensure all information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge.

TIMELINE & MEETINGS
ROOM SERVICE is structured as a three-Zoom process, completed within approximately 14 days. The timeline begins once all required materials (intake form, room scans, measurements, photos) have been received. If the client no-shows a scheduled meeting or becomes unresponsive for 7+ days, the project may be paused or closed at the designer’s discretion.

DELIVERABLES
All deliverables are provided digitally. Deliverables are final upon presentation; any additional revisions (beyond what is included in the package) are billed through a follow-up package. Deliverables are created specifically for the room and client described in the intake form and may not be reused for other projects without written consent.

PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is due at the time of booking. ROOM SERVICE is non-refundable after the first Zoom meeting begins. If the client fails to attend scheduled meetings or provide required information, refunds are not granted.

DESIGNER ACCESS (POST-PROJECT SUPPORT)
Clients receive 30 days of designer access after the final Zoom meeting. This access is via text and email and is intended for light follow-up questions and small clarifications. More substantial requests—new layouts, new sourcing, redesigns, or expanded strategy—must be handled through a follow-up package.

FOLLOW-UP PACKAGES
Follow-up packages are billed as five, ten, or twenty-hour time blocks, prepaid in full. Hours are non-refundable once purchased. Hours may be used for email support, design revisions, furniture swaps, additional layouts, sourcing, or consultation. Hours expire one month from the purchase date. Any work requiring more time than the purchased block must be approved and paid for prior to continuation.

COMMUNICATION
Package deliverables are communicated via email. Client communication for quick questions may occur via text, at the designer’s discretion. Response time is typically within 1 business day.

PRICING, VENDORS & PURCHASING
ROOM SERVICE recommendations may include links to third-party vendors. Pricing, availability, shipping, and product quality are controlled solely by those vendors. The designer is not responsible for stock changes, delays, vendor errors, or discontinued items. The designer may receive commission from some links shared with the client. The client is responsible for confirming dimensions, quantities, site conditions, and compatibility before purchasing.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All concepts, drawings, layouts, and design materials created through ROOM SERVICE are the property of TALIA LACONI. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for their own home or space. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use is not permitted.

LIMITATIONS
ROOM SERVICE is a virtual design service. The designer does not provide architectural, engineering, or structural advice; guarantee contractor workmanship; review site conditions; provide installation services; or manage vendors, deliveries, or purchasing. Clients are responsible for ensuring selections comply with site conditions, building codes, and safety requirements.

LIABILITY
TALIA LACONI is not responsible for damages, delays, accidents, injuries, or issues arising from construction, installation, vendor purchases, or contractor work. All advice is based solely on the information provided by the client.

TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the service via email. If the client terminates after the first Zoom meeting begins, no refunds are given. Any design work completed prior to termination will be delivered as-is.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking ROOM SERVICE or purchasing a follow-up package, the client agrees to all terms stated above.
